About New Wave
New Wave Mini Beach Volleyball program is a partnership between Brazilian Olympic volleyball player Cilene Drewnick and USA Olympic volleyball player Todd Rogers.
The mini beach volleyball methodology has been in development for the last 11 years in Brazil. Brazil has been the center of beach volleyball in the world for several years.
Many top athletes and coaches travel to Brazil every year for training, coaching and knowhow.
The first New Wave location will be in Dallas, TX, with plans to expand throughout the USA and worldwide.
About Cilene
Cilene Drewnick and her company, Sport Support, have been exposed to this methodology since 2001. Cilene has connections with the top professionals, athletes and with the top beach volleyball school in Brazil.
Every year she travels to Brazil to get exposed to the latest techniques in beach volleyball, especially mini beach volleyball.
She played in two Olympic Games and professionally for 16 years.
Most recently, as a coach, Cilene has participated in the training of the USA Youth National team in 2009 and the Brazilian Youth and Juniors National teams in 2008.

About Todd
Todd Rogers is an Olympic Gold medalist in beach volleyball. He has been playing professional beach volleyball for the last 15 years and traveling all over the world.
He won the Gold Medal in the 2008 Olympic Games with partner Phil Dalhausser.
